I bought a closeout 2022 Zeb Ultimate Boost 29... either 160 or 170mm, I don't remember. it's for my Turbo Levo Alloy. I wouldn't have thought anything about it, but then I got a Stumpjumper EVO which has a Fox 36. And that thing is nice and plush. I"ve turned the damping to full soft both...
Hey... I found a deal on 700w M2 batteries. I did some googling and it says the battery is the same as the M3 but the rock guard/battery door is different.. so if I swapped those out, they would fit in my 2022 Turo Levo Alloy. Is this correct? I wanted to ask before I order stuff and end up...
Yesterday I decided to top off my Turbo Levo Alloy so I could go ride some trails. I plugged in the charger and then went about my business.
I came back an hour later and... no change. I looked at the little bar-graph of LEDs down by the plug and they weren't lit. Hmm. I fiddled with the...
I ordered a cushcore for my rear wheel... I also ordered new tires F/R. For tubeless, do I need to install the rear tire without the core first, add sealant and give it a few days to do its thing, then remove the tire, and install the cushcore? Or is there another way to do it?
Thanks.
Rob
I love my new Turbo Levo Alloy. But I _hate_ the shifter. My other bike is a three-year-old Giant Talon (hardtail) which has Shimano shifters. I LOVE its shifters (it's a 3x8). The difference is that on the Giant, I upshift with my index finger, from above the bar. The shifter on the new...
Well this is turning out to be a pretty cool weekend.
I'm camped on BLM land near Richfield, Utah. Today when I got back from town with some bike parts, I found a big gooseneck enclosed trailer and truck parked near where I was camped. It had a bunch of mtb stickers on it and a bunch of bikes...
Hey folks... I picked up my shiny new Turbo Levo Alloy yesterday in size S3. I'm 5'8 with a 29" inseam and like some other threads I've seen here, the seatpost is too tall, by about an inch, maybe inch and a half. This is for pedaling; I haven't even tried it in the low position for going...
I'm about to become an ebike owner... and of course I find out that ebikes aren't allowed on 99% of the trails. And from what I've read here and on other forums, it's mainly "because it has a motor." Which as we know is a stupid excuse. And a lot of it seems to come down to out-dated laws...
Hi folks... I'm new here, and this is my first post. I hope this is the right place for it.
I used to ride all the time way back in 2001, until I crashed and broke my collarbone. Then I moved and got into powersports. Now I'm 53 and nowhere near in as good a shape as I was.
I'm on the verge...
