Bosch Gen 5 Rumour - More Power updates coming!

...tonight on my Heckler SL. On all of the tight, technical climbing I'd have lost traction with anything more than Trail (or River, whatever Fazua call it). I'm probably going to buy a Vala next week because I want more range, but where does everybody who wants or uses more power or...

New YT Decoy X Avinox Lanched

I only laughed because because I have a few riding buddies that have the SN and that was a real zinger at them. Ride what you want though!

New YT Decoy X Avinox Lanched

...makes most sense to just offer the Avinox, as it has more power than the full fat Bosch but the same size as the SN so the people that are ashamed of riding an eBike and want a slim bike can now also get the full power without having to fool themselves that they enjoy a weak Fazua junk motor. ;)

New YT Decoy X Avinox Lanched

I would assume whatever supply agreements they had with Bosch and Fazua died with the old enitity. IMO they will likley move forward only with Avinox

So......Fazua abandons the range extender just days/weeks before promised release....

Hi guys, Has anybody tried any product from e-batterycenter.com? I have found they made custom range extender for Fazua Ride 60 bike: https://www.e-batterycenter.com/range-extender-su-haibike-lyke-cf-10/ I have sent RFI for any details and will reply soon (hopefully). Thanks for any hints...

Torn between a couple of bikes

Actually I thought it was a different model. That said I don't like the SX motor. It's inefficient, loud, etc. The Rocky SL and the TQ60 are the only mid power motors worth buying new imo. The Fazua also works well.

Missing CONNECTION-ID sticker on 2024 Heckler SL C?

Right, so the CONNECTION-ID is a Fazua thing, not a Santa Cruz thing. The sticker should have come on a hangtag or been applied to the frame by the dealer - and yours has gone walkabout. Here's what to do. The CONNECTION-ID is a unique number for your Fazua Ride 60 system, and it's typically...

Any rumours of new SL bikes?

The Yeti is quite heavy, I tried it and it kinda feels like a full fat. Look at the Transition Regulator SX, just got it and its incredible at 19.4kg. The Treks are amazing too, but too expensive.

    Lightweight bike for lighter rider?

Got the Regulator SX (with Bosch SX). It’s more than enough for me!

    New 2025 Wild

...a fast charger. Of course, the motor has no rattle just a quiet e-bike jet engine whine/ wurr sound. The modulation is more natural than my Fazua 60 and I definitely have no complaints. I don't hate the Race mode; it would just be dangerous on my tight trails because a little pedal stroke...

    Lightweight bike for lighter rider?

I love my Fuel+ EX. I'd lean to a bike with TQ or Bosch SX Motor myself, although my wife has had no issues with the Fazua 60 on her Santa Cruz Skitch.

Where does Avinox go from here?

...plenty of adjectives on their reports, for Board Decision shift to less POWERFULL motors, making it possible the: HPR60, SX, Specialized SL, Fazua, etc But making less POWER, manufacturers focus on LESSweight, making compromises like 300/350wh batteries, because less power, means less energy...

    List of aftermarket cranks?

Also Cane Creek has the ElectricWings Electric Wings - eMTB Cranks | Titanium Crankset for E-Bikes if you can find them for a good price - 165mm only atm. I've been running them for a while on the Forbidden Druid CorE with zero problems, no strikes yet.

    List of aftermarket cranks?

My bike is equipped with a Pinnd 145mm product. A short crank has a palpable effect. More photo links (my blog) https://blog.naver.com/calbins/224185592471

    Lightweight bike for lighter rider?

Thank you! I ended up with ordering a Regulator SX, arriving in a few days, so Bosch. I went back to the Trek’s but they are noticeable (for me) heavier and pricier. I would’ve gone for a Kenevo but the standover doesn’t work for me, and the Levo was only available full price. Soooo its going...

Pre-order starts next month - Next Crestline Avinox frame set

WOW! Never seen these Forx cranks, but they look so damn nice!! I scooped up the e13 helix in black to match nicely with the included chainring seen below: e13 site gave me a 15% off promo for $178 and 413 grams. I like to save weight, and (some?) money!

Pre-order starts next month - Next Crestline Avinox frame set

I'm in between the X0 cranks and these cool looking Forx cranks. HEX2 | 155mm E-Bike MTB Cranks | FORX.bike 5dev kinda style but way cheaper.

    Lightweight bike for lighter rider?

...fuel EXE and it was an OK very stable bike and I love the TQ motor. Currently I’m writing a Shuttle SL. The bike handles really well and the fazua motor is OK though not as natural feeling or quiet as a TQ. I really like that the bike in the Bill I have weighs just 40 pounds. It feels like a...

Hardtail frame recommendations for stealth build?

Thanks Greg. Good bot! I updated my question - looking for a frame+motor+controller+battery combo that has rack+fender mounts and 2.2-2.4" tyre clearance. I know CYC makes a 'bolt on' motors for regular frames, but looking something much more tidy and integrated. A lightweight hub-motor and...

Hardtail frame recommendations for stealth build?

...kit tucked into an otherwise normal-looking hardtail frame with a battery in a bag or downtube • Lightweight SL-style - something like a TQ or Fazua-powered build where the motor is so small the bike just looks like a regular trail hardtail Each of those has different frame requirements...
