Amflow PL Carbon owners, check your seat tube for cracks!

I'm not being arsey here, and its probably because DJI have official channels for sales here in the UK but what does "aggressively pushing gray market sales" look like?

Amflow PL Carbon owners, check your seat tube for cracks!

Of course it matters. Not least because the very first sentence in the Amflow warranty says: "These After-Sales Policies (these “Policies”) only apply to the products you purchased for personal use from Amflow and its authorized retailers, and are not intended for resale purposes." Specialized...

Amflow PL Carbon owners, check your seat tube for cracks!

All of the above hinges on the "if these bikes were sold through an official channel" part of your assertion. Are you sure that the warranty would be transferred if the BMW you bought was sold in the same way as the OPs bike? I.e. not sold through an official dealer in owners home country...

Amflow PL Carbon owners, check your seat tube for cracks!

Amflow support will be busy with people who have bought their bikes from the dealer network in their own region.

Amflow PL Carbon owners, check your seat tube for cracks!

Tough crowd? Or perhaps incredulous that an adult with $6k to spend hasn't gone into an alibaba purchase with their eyes open? If you bought your Whyte from Alibaba for a significant discount from RRP you'd probably not get much help from Whyte UK either. Buy your Amflow from a UK retailer with...

When will Teewing bikes go on sale in the UK.

Hi Greg, the threads on this forum soon run to hundreds of posts so I might have missed it, but when are Teewing bikes going on sale in the UK? They seem to be losing their novelty as the Avinox alternative to Amflow now that so many other brands have the avinox system.

    Wild TR announced

I haven't looked to see whether it's updated or not, but is this a way to get rid of the 'old' frames?

New Amflow TL / 480wh Avinox RE

It is being revealed in conjunction with a bike destined for touring so it makes sense in that perspective.

    My first EMTB arrives Monday.

    Orbea Wild Tune

This was covered in the other threads but they're so fast moving the points can get buried quickly! Rob covers it and linked back to comments he'd made about Avinox in the past. There's no shortage of power once youre going but the starting input can be a bit off. The Orbea tune makes for a more...

    What bike should I get?

Hi there! I've got a 2019 Levo I picked up in 2023. Aside from geometry perhaps I reckon that if I bought it in 2026 not having ridden an eBike before I'd still be impressed. Would I like to get an Amflow PR, yep! Will I be really gutted if they all sell out, probably not! If you're just...

    Need new EMTB Advice

Haibike Adventr might do. They have it down as a "trekking bike" though. Edit: DAMMIT, TOO SLOW!!! 🐌

    Titanium corrosion

It's interesting that after all the hassle that went into designing and making the Blackbird (Read Ben Rich's book, it's brilliant) that they didnt use purified water at the outset. The first batch of Packard built Merlins for the Mustang P-51 kept failing and it took visiting Rolls Royce...

Paying on a bike you haven't recieved

Thankfully in the UK the opposite applies, I'm much happier buying through credit, regardless of whether I have the cash or not as any delays become the banks problem and they have to look out for me.

    Bike suggestion for a dad

Echoing the above, full power, full sus! Aside from upkeep, the suspension does away with the negatives of full suspension. I have a gen2 levo and a £10 tow rope from Amazon that takes the sting out of any long climbs when I'm out with my daughter. With the Amflow PR Carbon coming out ~4k I...

Epic Sarn Helen ride incoming, Any advice appreciated.

Sounds like a great adventure! I swear by Rapha Brevet shorts. Not cheap but I wore them for the Tour Divide and averaged a century 24 days in a row... I've got one of the £10 tow ropes from amazon. No issues towing either my daughter or missus in Wales when I'm on the Levo and they're on...

Levo SL Gen 1 reducing pedal spin-out

Looks like the OP has a Levo SL. I think the biggest they'll reliably take is a 34t. There are generic rings on ebay that might be worth trying before splashing out on a 'nice' one.

Big Specialized MSRP price drops !!

The base Levo had already dropped from £5299 to £4799 but I could see a further cut now the Amflow PR is out for preorders.

Have Avinox given us a good thing (or not)?

I wonder if anyone in the authorities that govern trails would even notice if youtubers didn't chase the clicks with doom and gloom laden videos and thumbnail images? Also, risking regret by entering the "is Europe a region" debate, I'd say that by the dictionary definition of course it is but...
