    Unusual noise from front end?

Whom are you correcting Steve? Did you read my post?

    Unusual noise from front end?

Sounds like you have a loose headset. It is not hard to correct. Loosen the stem bolts on the steer tube and then tighten the top cap bolt slowly while rocking the bike a little to ensure the fork is seated. IF you have a Fox 36 with the pinch bolt- make sure its tight obviously but also...

    Rear shock stroke length/travel adjustment?

That looks pretty sweet. I need to get a 3d printer to play with

    Rear shock stroke length/travel adjustment?

Blown- which shock do you have? Some are super easy to stroke/destroke but some RS models can get a bit more involved.

Geometry question, how will 180mm forks affect the geometry on the new Orbea Wild LT in a size small?

I would give it run. If you don't like it just shorten it. There are so many variables involved to tell you in a post if you would love it- But I can tell you it will not be terrible and if it is -the fix is just setup away. Go for it!

Canyon Strive On upgrade: Fox 38 to Zeb Ultimate 180mm fork worth it?

@SP SUSPENSION - out of curiosity, at Tubby G's weight (78kg) on a progressive linkage like this, would you go straight to a linear spring or would you run a short-travel coil-over with a touch of preload to get some ramp behaviour back in? Hey Greg- not a relative question. Running too short...

Canyon Strive On upgrade: Fox 38 to Zeb Ultimate 180mm fork worth it?

Well Greg, thanks. The ON has a a very progressive linkage ratio making it really suited to coil shocks without a progressive spring. However- air shocks are really adjustable for those that don't want to drop $50 and time on a new coil every time they change

Canyon Strive On upgrade: Fox 38 to Zeb Ultimate 180mm fork worth it?

Hey Tubby-real person here who is a dedicated suspension tech LOL. While Greg is right about the current suspension you have being perfectly upgradable and able to get you where you want to be likley. First- if you have not completed a factory service- might be a good time if you have over 150...

    Rampair by ramp air ghmb

Here in the USA we have the Diaz Runt which is the same principles just looks different. I have sold probably 45 of those and have only had one customer who couldn't get it dialed in for him.

Best rear shock for Amflow PX for comfort on rough dry mountain trails?

Those come with Float X in the USA. It is s great shock- sets up easily and works great. I tried find info to see if that bike reacts well to coil shocks and all I found is Amflow really likes the air shock. We have found that the Cane Creek Tigon is a nice shock for bikes that are on the...

Rail (625Wh) Trek Rail 7 - Full Suspension Upgrade

I would replace the fork for sure. Nothing good can come from that boat anchor! A Fox 36 may work for you (check out the podium-it s aweome!). Even a normal FOX 36/38 can be made better if you are looking for used- those are very upgradable. Rear shock can be fixed. For most some volume...

    Fox 38

Good observation! They can tint differently but they are the same exact oil, and slightly cheaper here in the USA. To the other commenters and the OP- I didn't notice he across the pond so Blud could be hard to get. I do agree with the Supergliss suggestion from Mcharza.

    Fox 38

We use a light version of the Fox Gold oil and we get it from Blud Lubricants. For the damper- you need to use the same oil as you use for the damper Fox/Motorex 4 wt fork oil in that case.

Levo Gen 2 x-Fusion Manic dropper seatpost Wintek Cartridge

We avoid those posts. PNW posts are reliable, easily serviced, the customer service is only second to mine (LOL)and they are affordable. Most posts (read all) cost too much to return to factory quality with parts and that. I would rather sell a post for a lot less than a $300 repair bill.

Damnit! New Fox Transfer '25 sticking

Ensure that the cable adjustment is correct and the routing of the housing is proper. Ebikes have the motor down there and some companies get creative with routing - or they just give up and use crappy routing (looking at you Giant). Either way- if its new look for warranty support from Fox or...

Downisizng stroke from 55 to 52.5

Since you are staying in the 'root size range' you can purchase this kit 11.4118.113.017 and it will require full teardown to install. RS used to put some travel and volume spacers with new shock in the box purchases. The service manual has a little info about it as well.

Cube Reaction Pro 500 Fork upgrade

A bomber would be a decent choice, as well as a Lyrik or Pike. Lots of used options out there and we may even have something here that would work. What you are experiencing is poor/lack of damping control from the current fork and are just bouncing off the air spring. A better fork will give...

It is also kind of funny how things always come back. Who can remember when suspension started coming out? As a suspension guy I do vividly. Many complaints of how riders could go so fast and get our sport shut down from injuries or hiker complaints. Then disc brakes! Holy freaking Moly-...
