how are people feeling with their tier 1 builds?all the reviews I see are on tier 2. Has anyone changed out the coil? Or wish they wild have gone with the tier 2? I see tier 1 builds for sale while tier 2 is all sold out. I wonder if that’s the build or just the color?

Update on some previous posts of mine: I swapped out my coil for the float x with the specific tune forbidden uses and holy shit it’s a completely different bike. Much more agile/poppy/playful and seems to be more in line with others experiences and obviously what forbidden themselves probably...

My main thing with the Zendit is the shock, I don’t really understand that spec choice but I’m sure mondraker has their reasons. I’ve never ridden a podium but am 100kg so by default lean towards a 38/zeb for stiffness purposes but I’m sure a podium would be fine, just heavy.

Love this detailed response!! When you say you are looking at the new wild, what kind of riding are you thinking for it that you wouldn’t take the Zendit? They seem to be squarely in the same category, especially considering you have a Crestline. Thanks my man!

Nice! How responsive does the bike feel for you? I still haven’t pulled the trigger on my next bike, all the options have me in analysis paralysis. (Dread/zendit/new wild/crestline) How would you compare it to other bikes you’ve had? If anyone else wants to chime in, please do!

This has been my experience on my Druid E with the 800 battery. Weight itself isn’t super high but the bike feels heavier than other bikes due to where the weight is placed, particularly when leaning the bike over on turns. I’d prefer to throw a 600 in it but can’t find one to purchase.

@Rob Rides EMTB , did you feel the bike was better as a 29’er or MX? Seems like quite a few of the things I’ve read have people preferring the 29’er route but I’m wondering if that has more to do with the location the bikes were ridden. Would love to hear your perspective. Thanks!

Interesting. I definitely had the opposite experience on my bike, but again it has the coil and a zeb. For example, on flowy sections of trail with berms I feel like my bike sucks the life out of the momentum where the lte just flew through it and felt way more responsive and poppy. Frustrating...
