Have you tried setting the trail mode settings to be the same a turbo? On my Gen1 Creo with SL1 motor it provides almost the same power but uses less battery. Something to do with the hidden acceleration parameter I think. Worth a try.

No I've got the Van RC coil shock which works fine but I can't service it myself. So I was considering an air shock which is more easy to service.

Sram have told me that the flanged crush washer can be reused and should seal until it's replaced at the 200hr service. If it doesn't I'll use the standard crush washers as you suggested - thanks👍
