I don’t think so. Some of us still want to ride bikes, not mopeds. CVT in scooter is fine, on car…well not so great and emtb, probably not. On Cargo/City bikes could work.

It depends where you ride and how you use your ebike. I’m using it like a regular bike, just extra power, usually trail mode so I need all the gears. Ps. Linkglide got lot better now with new shifter, only thing I dislike it in emtb. On commuter I didn’t mind.

I wash my bikes only with Muc-Off bike cleaner: Nano Tech Bike Cleaner you can spray it to your pads or where ever you want. Cleans bikes really well and doesn’t do any harm.

With Bosch. Me like it, flexstays, yoke-free shock mounts, removable battery, lights, headsetcable but you can make it external and possible to run full 29”. Lifetime frame warranty and Bosch, seems bombproof bike.

When you sell everything you can produce you don’t have care about reputation or writings on internet. It’s a good business position.

Cheapest performance upgrade for Shimano brakes is purple Galfer brake pads. I’d start from there.
