Yes, but if you set to high the shuttle mode on Non-SW and set to off it on SW they are equal powerful. My gen4 SW without shuttle mode the peak power is 100W less. Few people use shuttle mode, most people turn it off even in SW, so 720 W is not even 620 W, let alone 666 W.

my gen4 makes the same sound. It's because the motor spindle is hanging. Grab the crank by hand and push and pull it sideways, if it's hanging then you have the same problem as me. Or the crank is just loose. Watch my video and check it like this, without the crank:
