    Changing suspension

IIRC I just reused the hardware from the Fox. I did end up using a shock hardware removal press and it’s very worth the money to have in general. Wheels Mfg makes the best one but Rockshox makes a much less expensive one. RockShox Rear Shock Bushing Tool - Precision Maintenance

Can I put a bigger chainring on it? Does it fit?

I’m running 36T, I can’t remember where I saw but IIRc that’s the largest supported chainring size. You actually tell the bike in settings your chainring size and cassette model and it adjusts the gear calculations for you.

Levo Gen 4 Levo Gen 4 - Discussion Thread for 8th April launch

Ran across these this morning at the shop picking up a cassette. I love the pink (rose gold?) frame, iffy on the side loading, and the fact that to get Avinox-competitive power and charging you have to shell out 13+ grand for S works makes me even happier with my Amflow.

New bike day: stock today, not so much tomorrow.

Thanks! Getting the wire fed up through the derailleur hole from the rear triangle into the front triangle was annoying, even with a cable running kit. Dropping the motor is easy, pop 6 small screws to pull the cover, then 2 big bolts. I recommend having a table or stand just 8-12 inches under...

    Hello from Colorado Springs

Welcome! I’m a ways north of you in Erie and I just sold my Levo to a nice lady in Golden a few days ago after owning it for 18 months, replaced it with an Amflow. I’ve taken the thing apart and put it back together multiple times tho if you have questions. I love the Levo, it’s a great bike...

Review 2024 Amflow PL Pro 800 wH

I went with the base model and spent the $4k on upgrades myself, and now have a bunch of new take off parts as a bonus. The stuff on the base model is kinda shockingly good, GX mechanical drivetrain, Fox 36/Float, 160mm cranks, MT5 brakes. I was very impressed on my test ride on the stock...

Amflow Customer Support team is here!Amflow Support questions only please

Hey just popping in to say holy cow I love my Amflow so much. It is shockingly, bizarrely, stunningly fast. It is super quiet. It handles better than any ebike I’ve owned before, including lightweight mid power e-bikes, especially when set up with mixed wheels. Price, power, handling, weight...

New bike day: stock today, not so much tomorrow.

Build complete, minus the wheels which are about 8 weeks out. This thing is fast fast fast, playful, and more agile than either my Levo or my Fuel EXe. Set multiple downhill PRs today at the local bike park. I am beyond impressed. It just doesn’t compute in my brain that the bike is this fast...

    Decal on the amflow

I think the decals turned out great.

Anyone fitted Ohlins TTX2 185x55 rear shock on their Amflow?

😂 I didn’t do my research and thought they were going to be the same shock basically with 2 different tunings but turns out they are completely different shock eye designs! Oh well, the shock is mounted up now, but let this stand as a warning to folks who want to go Ohlins and do not want to...

Anyone fitted Ohlins TTX2 185x55 rear shock on their Amflow?

How the heck did you fit a TTX1? The wide “V” instead of the tight “U” shape of the shock eye on the TTX1 trunnion mount shock meant that I literally had to break out the dremel tool to cut back some of the metal on the shock link (nothing structural, just some weird metal shape to the link’s...

    Decal on the amflow

Decals should arrive today or tomorrow. The bike is actually at RideWrap in Golden, CO getting vinyl wrapped, and I’ll put the decals over that. Will post pics once I’ve done it. I did exactly this setup on my Fuel EXe and the decals were high quality, individual letters, and survived a very...

    Decal on the amflow

I have the silver one and that’s paint, not decals. Not sure how they do the gold but I’d assume it’s similar. I bought some decals from invisiframe to cover the logo and match my accent color. It might be cool to do very dark gray on black?

New bike day: stock today, not so much tomorrow.

Haven’t tried AXS dropper yet, just looking to clean up the cockpit, may end up dropping back to my current favorite, the OneUp v3. I have about 1500 miles on these brakes now and even though they have been a PITA to maintain, (bleeding Mavens sucks) I am addicted to the power and modulation...

New bike day: stock today, not so much tomorrow.

After sitting in customs for a month, my Amflow finally arrived in Colorado, USA literally just as I was heading out to the bike park on my Levo. Waited till this evening to put it together. It didn’t have the wheels, those will be here Monday, but it did have the brake discs and sensor disc in...

    Changing suspension

Nice, thanks! I will see if my bearing removal kits will do or if I need a shock hardware removal tool.

    Changing suspension

For the Ohlins stuff, did you re-use the existing mounting hardware or did you order Ohlins mounting hardware separately? I can’t seem to find the specs for the diameter (I assume 8mm) and width for the shock mounting hardware on the non-trunnion end.

Hows everyone getting on with their New AMflow

I don’t yet have an Amflow but this happens on my Fuel EXe carbon frame with some regularity. I’m just shy of 100 kilos.

Trek Fuel EXe 9.5 Frame-up rebuild: “The Bleaken”

Update: got good news from ortho and have about 1200 miles on the bike, and am up at trestle bike park this week with the motor off

Fuel EXe Fuel EXe Suspension Modifications/Questions

Quick update: lol I definitely notice a difference in handling with the longer offset. It’s more nimble at speed, almost twitchy. Definitely a matter of preference but I would actually prefer a shorter offset and more stability at speed than the ease of changing direction I get with the longer...
