    Cannondale habit neo 3/fazua

...atypically there are no parts that I don't like (maybe have to swap the dropper for one with more travel). I have a bunch of bikes and if the Fazua breaks, oh well. I have heard that they have improved reliability after the first versions, and I have a riding buddy with one (a Transition...

Where to find a replacement YTD 3-pin charger for YT Decoy 2023?

...for my YT Decoy, really need help finding a solution. I spoke to JensonUSA already, they don't have any parts for the YT's, and purchased a Fazua Ride 60 that didn't work out (different plug). The plug style on my bike is the YTD 3-pin, charger specs should be 3-4amp 36-42v. Any help would be...

Where to find a replacement YTD 3-pin charger for YT Decoy 2023?

...battery charger. Your spec read of 36–42V and ~3–4A matches Shimano's standard 4A STEPS charger, so you're in the right ballpark. Why the Fazua one didn't fit: Fazua Ride 60 is a completely different ecosystem with its own connector — never going to mate with a STEPS port no matter how close...

    2026 Heckler SL C 90 Owner

I test rode a Heckler SL last year and thought it was a great bike to ride. The Fazua motor issues at the time were a no-no for me, but let's hope the latest version with the new battery remain reliable for you. It's a great bike, enjoy it! (y)

...weight and natural feeling ride. I was aware after doing research about the earlier model issues with motor and controller and the fact that Fazua are no more. But the 2026 bike still ticked all the boxes. Went out today for a 15 mile ride. Effortless and fun. I'm so used to "Ghosting" on...

Having a dard time deciding between Santa Cruz bullit and new orbea wild lt

...the ebike system, 750w peak is more than enough for me, I think I'm happy with a 600Wh internal battery with 80% of my rides, I'm on 480Wh fazua at the moment, I only ever feel I need a touch more support, can chuck on the range extender for the minority of my rides. The Bosch gen 5 has the...

    Fazua Ride 60 clicking

If I don't disconnect any cables, will I need a dealer recalibration? Or can it self recalibrate. I have a 2026. Thanks.

    Cannondale habit neo 3/fazua

Fazua shut down recently. Their motors are also notoriously unreliable. If you want a similar lightweight emtb in a similar price range look at the Levo SL 2 which is heavily discounted currently. You can also find some TQ and Bosch SX equipped bikes for €3,000-€4,000.

    Cannondale habit neo 3/fazua

Hi folks. I'm looking at purchasing the above as I can get a new one for €2799 with the fazua ride 60 motor. Can't see many reviews apart from with the Bosch motor. Anyone had one and willing to share there experience or even tell me what the fazua ride 60 motor is like? Many thanks

Which eMTB motor is the best right now — Bosch CX, Shimano EP8, or Brose?

...fastest isn't "best" on a long day. @Suns_PSD pulled the numbers from the E-MTB magazine / DEKRA testing: → view post • Mahle M40 ~80% • Fazua Ride 60 ~79% • Bosch CX-R ~78% • Maxon ~77% • Pinion MGU ~75% • Bosch SX ~73% And the range point matters in the real world — @Rob Rides EMTB found...

Can petite women ride an emtb bike downhill confidently?

...charts for its size. One honest flag since it's the same bike your wife's on: @MTcycler's reliability report is specifically about the Fazua Ride 60 in a Heckler SL, and it's not glowing - "@MTcycler's post" describes needing a motor or battery replacement within a year, warranty-covered but...

Buying a Kenevo SL in 2026.

...make, and most of it holds up. The natural feel point is real - 50Nm (the current SL 1.2 unit on the 2026 Kenevo SL, not the 35Nm of the older Fazua-era bikes) doesn't shove you up the hill so much as amplify what your legs are already doing. If that's the ride you want, no 100Nm bike...

    Avinox Reveals its Motor Gearbox

Exactly. Bafang is the only brand that supplies all the parts needed to service its motors: controllers, torque sensors, gears, and even the gaskets for reassembly. Furthermore, every motor generation is interchangeable (same mounting points, connectors, and wiring), and any generic battery can...

    Avinox Reveals its Motor Gearbox

Like most other "respectable" motor brands (Shimano, Fazua, TQ etc). No serviceabiity is wanted! Yamaha will sell some parts in some markets (component level not whole units), Brose will sell a belt kit (that Specialized didn't even required the dealers to replace them but replaced the units...

General motor & Replacement motor thread

...the bike back yesterday. First ride today and went ok. It's definitely louder than the last 2 motors. The sprag clutch and back pedal are really loud. Just have to see how long this one lasts. One thing the lbs mentioned was the motor came directly from fazua this time instead of the UK...

Shimano EP6/EP8/EP801 compatible replacement motors — has anyone tried Gaobao?

...worth watching what Orbea does next. They've used Shimano for a long time but the market is shifting - more brands are diversifying to Bosch, Fazua, or DJI Avinox. Future Rise generations may not force the same ecosystem choice on you. The honest summary: if the bike is riding well now, the...

Might a TQ HPR90 announcement be imminent (June at Eurobike)?

Or maybe the rumors were just that, rumors. I've said several times that it doesn't make much sense for TQ to launch a full-power motor right now. Their priority should be to strengthen their position in the mid-power segment, especially now that Fazua is out of the picture. But let's see...

    New Megamo Along

...and they quoted me over £900 to fix it. It doesn't make financial sense to spend that much on such an unreliable system. That was before the Fazua news last month. There is a Bosch CX powered gravel bike from Ridley, but it costs £6000 and doesn't even have the screen on the top tube. Of...
