  • Hey Shjay. You recommended the Mezzer Pro in recent post. Can you elaborate on your experience? I know its not really the same, but I found a great deal on a Mezzer Expert with the IRT kit included. I used to love Manitou products back in the day but haven't tried any newer stuff.

    The expert is still meant to be a good fork just doesn’t have the 3 air chambers. It’s an easy fork to work on but getting parts a pain if in U.K.it’s a bit fiddly to set up but good mid stroke & ramp up at the end, fork is also stiff & tracks well

    Ok. Thank you for the input. I think I'm going to go with the Mezzer expert and add the IRT kit. I like being able to tweak the travel without having to buy a whole new air spring, lighter weight, reverse crown and ease of maintenance as well as the performace characteristics you mentioned as well as what I've read online. I'm in the US so parts shouldn't be too much of an issue.
