Some time has passed and I still can not find anything better on the wide world. I bought 1.8 fork with a standard 1,5 bike.
Please I will appreciate a lot the cad file and make 1-2 in Bulgaria.

I have the same problem as I bought a 1.8 fork and it does not fit my 1.5 frame.
If possible, please send me more information and measurements, I will try to fabricate one here in Brazil.
