Sorry there is lockout, X25 lockout force. Here's the Code: RS-VIVD-ULT-D1 - 06T61116385

It has the same air valve orientation 1:00 as what you mentioned above.

Curious, has anyone removed the volume reducer from their Vivid? I'm not really getting the last bit of travel on my Vivid, wondering if removing the volume reducer will help.
I'm curious too, do you have the HBO set to click 1?

I ended up buying the same model shock (came off a RS 181.2) to use as an expensive "spare"...but I really do want to ride it.

It seems pretty heavy (not that I care).

The Ext springs are $135 each and they are slow to ship...my frame is still being built up...but I'm going to try the coil that came with it first.

Yeah as @John_likes_bikes mentioned there's a lot of progression at the end stroke so I have ABO turned off. I don't think I've fully bottomed out my Vivid Air on the RS181.2 ever.

12 days since I took delivery of my shiny new Team Edition and I’m still locked out of pairing my $11k bike.
C’mon Avinox ..this is ridiculous
I never had issues like this with Bosch.
One time they warrantied a complete CX race motor ..in 3 days.
$11k for your dot 2?!? I wish my Plaid frame & build came in at $11k but for now I’m not adding it all up. Just a little coin there. A little coin here and so on. 😂🤣😂🤣😂

I haven’t seen much talk about this, but I installed a sim card today. I’m in the US so this doesn’t apply to other countries.

I bought the sim for $28 from EIOTCLUB, it’s 360 days and 360MB. I activated it on their website first.

The nano sim card only seems to latch into place one way, if in the wrong orientation it just gets spit out

In the Avinox app I had to turn on Bike Connectivity (SIM)

It didn’t connect automatically, so I looked up APN settings on the EIOTCLUB website and for my specific sim card it was “altanwifi”, at the bottom of the Bike Connectivity (SIM) screen in the app, you can Configure APN settings

After that the display showed a 4G signal, I assume it’s working now!

How has this SIM card been working for you? (I just bought one)

How much rear travel are you using?

I don't care if I don't use all of the travel (assuming no other issue)...but if I'm only using 160 mm or so...I will want to see what difference removing the token will make...I .would love to know your experience if you remove yours.

I probably won't care if I'm using around 170 mm (94%).

Using the same one , it's been fine. Not really as useful as I imagined though.
On my Vioma, the Bosch ConnectModule can drive me crazy if I forget to put the bike in Transport mode...else I get alerts that someone is stealing my bike driving to/from the trails.

The way Bosch programmed it, if it doesn't have a decent cell signal...it is a pain to put it in/out of Transport mode...

I'm not sure if Avinox is similar.

Like @digitale I've never had a problem using all the travel. Asking an obvious questions, are you in 160mm travel setting? Sag pressure right? I'd take the shock off and cycle the suspension to make sure there isn't binding. Then take out the spacer, turn off HSC and ride in the same place you couldn't get full travel. Unless your < 150lbs or so I can't imagine why you wouldn't use all the travel unless you're riding very tame greens.

Can anyone post photos showing how much space (if any) they have between their cranks and the motor case at the spindle? My North Shore Billet Talon cranks are advertised to work on Avinox motors but they’re bottoming out on the motor case before being fully torqued.

I ordered some cheap e13 cranks to compare the fit and to get the bike finished so I can ride… getting pretty frustrated that my new bike is still unridden and on the bike stand 😭

Anyone struggling with f/r balance on the new zeb? I had the last model zeb dialed. I’m wondering if the linear thing is getting me. I had a bad OTB the other day and almost another yesterday. Seems front is getting deeper in travel and rear is unloading before front recovers. I have rebound 2 clicks from full fast. Might need to fully open rebound. Using almost all travel with just couple mm reserve which is used on bigger hits (so that’s good).

I’m 155lbs on 400 spring which is less than what troydons chart recommends and it has me at 26-27ish sag. I have a lighter spring coming today just to see if 30% at the shock will help balance the front end. I matched fork to same sag. I’m just trying to figure this zeb out. It’s pretty sketchy in steep lava rock chunk. Been messing with psi, compression, slowing coil rebound (starts packing), etc.

Have you tried slowing the rebound on the shock? I had that issue on different bikes in the past and slowing the shock rebound and opening the fork rebound solved it for me.

Yeah I’ve slowed it down but it gets to a point it starts packing. I have pretty demanding trails at my local. I’ll update on the lighter coil to get that 30% at the shock. It’s just odd because the last zeb I had setup so perfect and it didn’t take much. Was just curious if anyone else finding the same

I haven’t messed with ABO on the shock, it’s middle stock setting. Wonder if I should take some of that out? I have some pretty good size drops so I didn’t want to back it off

It took me a little longer than usual to dial in my 2027 Zeb versus the previous model. Running much higher psi in new model.

I ended up buying the Slacker to adjust my sag on fork and shock, doing so with compression fully open and cycling through the travel in 25psi increments.

Was able to get a better baseline recommendations from ChatGPT than the Rockshox app.

Also played around with the ABO and have it set 4 clicks from open on my Crestline RS181.2 and 6 clicks from open on my Mondraker.

Sorry I couldn't be more specific.

Not sure if the resolution on the pics shows what you are asking?

I am just wrapping up my custom install and upgraded SRAM XO cranks that came stock on my Team Build with Pinnd 155mm cranks and they fit perfect!

I can try taking additional pics when I finish installing components.

I had my 3.1 tuned to be more linear and even then there was some getting used to the 3.2., so definitely an adjustment period. Like going from air to coil on anything. I would parking lot set the rebound to be balanced then adjust compression settings, that's where the issue seems to be for you. Try running closer to 20-22% sag on the Zeb and bracket the LSC before you swap coil weight. I'm 190 kitted and run a liter spring too, 475, and I found balance.

Perfect, thanks! Hate the thought of milling a few mm off the back of an expensive crank so it doesn’t contact the motor case, but you gotta do what you gotta do I suppose!

In a bit of bind here… tried routing the axs power cable with a park tool routing kit and the end came loose and now I cant pull the routing kit out or push it back through to the end of the chainstay. Been struggling with this for a couple hours and really not sure where to go from here.

I would try slicing a thin tube (like heatshrink or similar) lengthwise and then feed it into the frame opening around either the cable or blue Park string to see if it will help center the ends that are stuck to then pull them out.
