Timely for me. I have 175 miles on my few month old heckler sl. I've been having the same issue I think. I get a random loud knock that I can feel through the cranks as well. I've retorqued the rear wheel, cassette on the hub and the axs rear derailuer assembly and it is still happening. Does this sound like your issue? If so I'll quit trouble shooting and take it in if so. I"ve re-set the axs wireless system and set-up and it's still happening. I don't see any excessive wear on chain or any other driveline component. Thanks.

Does anyone have the SC tune for a RS super deluxe select+, or just the numbers off the shock body, so I can see if I can make this work on the Heckler SL? Thanks
