Hi guys, I’m new here and have looked around for FAQ but can’t find any definitive answers. Can you help please? Thanks

Criteria
- Recently bought Specialized Turbo Creo
- I ride (private) gravel tracks around Sydney
- Recently purchased Levociraptor Gen 3. Plugs in and works fine to get speeds in 30klm/hr range
- I’m using Garnin Fenix 7 watch and Specialized App on iPhone whilst riding which gives me ride data BUT NO SPEED data

Problem
- Speed data not showing on watch (permanently thinks I’m doing 20.1 klm/hr)
- Speed data not showing / being recorded on Specialized app
- The TCD on the bike shows speed range of circa 9-11 klms when in fact I know I’m doing more like 30klm/hr

I’ve read on the Levociraptor website that speed data has been fixed on Gen 3 (giving the impression that ‘fixed’ means it will display on TCD display and in apps (but I may be reading that wrongly)

Questions?
- Do I need to do a software upgrade either to the bike, iPhone or Levociraptor (I feel I have latest versions for all already)?
- Do I need to buy the Blevo App as the only way to get speed data off the Levociraptor?

I welcome any comments that can assist me…. BIG thanks in advance guys.

Hi Pablo, if you have the Creo with new motor SL 1.2, now the issue of the wrong speed is solved.
Please check here the news.

Thanks for the patience
