Question for those that have set up multiple bikes on the Avinox app. I realize it can only work with one bike at a time right now but I have a Samsung/Android phone that I can run a second app in the secure folder so that solves that issue.

My question is, in the second app were you able to use the same email to setup the second bike account? If so what about the user name? Can you use both or maybe use the same email with a new user name?, Or did you have to create a completely different account with a different email and user name.

Yea this is such a disappointment. I don’t have two phones so I had to unpair my other bike and pair the new bike. It did keep all my past rides though so it’s not too bad unpair/pairing. Hopefully they update that soon. Send them over an email so they start working on it!

Did you use the same email and user name for the second bike? That's kind of my main concern right now, don't want the app to confuse the bikes or over write the other account?

Yes. Same app, same phone. Just clicked unpair on my amflow and paired the crestline. It still has all my amflow rides and stuff in the app. I guess if I want to ride the amflow again just have to do the same thing over. It isn’t a huge deal, but def a little annoying. Should have like a “garage” in the app of your current bikes without having to unpair any.

@mtnrider were you able to get the app-clone approach to work?

I created a second Avinox account and attempted an Android app-clone (single phone) approach. I tried the "Island" app and also a "Private Space". both could install a clone of the Avinox Ride app, but both failed to pair. my guess is that the Avinox Ride app errors when it detects a pre-existing Avinox Bluetooth device in the Android BT settings. disappointing.

Haven't tried don't have the second bike yet, it's slightly delayed. Samsung has a built in "secure space" that I was going to try and run it from. Will report back when I get the bike.

I have spare old phones. I'm just going to run second hotspotted phone with a different account. You can set both Avinox Accounts to the same Strava Account.

The problem with unpairing is the region settings, if you use this.
