My 2022 Turbo Levo Comp has recently started clicking under heavy load. The click can also be felt through the pedals.
It’s not loud and doesn’t happen all the time, but when it is doing it the click is constant, almost as if it’s some teeth engaging with the chain, but all looks well enough. It seems worse when I’m turning although I’m not sure if it actually is. It doesn’t matter whether the motor is on or off.

Anyone got any suggestions that I could try? The motor is under warranty but I’d rather have a go at sorting it before shipping it off.

Cheers for any help.

Try cleaning and lubing your chain first. I get a clicking noise when my chain is in need of lube. Also, use a chain checker to make sure the chain is still within specification. Your pedals may also be in need of a clean and lube as well. These are cheap and easy things to try first before shipping off your motor. Good luck.

Thanks for the advice. Checked the chain and it’s well within spec. Gonna give the everything a good brush down, degrease, clean and lube tomorrow when I have a spare minute! Will report back with results.
