Teewing Turbo Force Review - Worth The Hype?

Clips and teasers are circulating about Teewing's new bike, showing a frame with a supposedly 170/178mm of travel that allows for 29" wheels or a mullet setup with a generous flip chip (similar to Velduro), geometry adjustments, and an enduro/bike-park focus, though there's no official announcement yet. While many photos have been posted online, I won't be sharing them. Legal note: This is an amateur opinion based on publicly available information and previews shared on social media. It is not an official product announcement or confirmation.

Silly question...

But does a design like that not wear the chain faster as only a 1/4 of the chainring is in contact with the chain, vs 1/2 the chainring on a normal setup? less wrap around.

I'm not any kind of expert either on Teewing's bikes, nor detecting AI posts. But that looks to me very like it was the output of the Teewing marketing department after hours of wordsmithing (information dense, few words wasted).

Or is it an AI at work?
I'm not judging, I have used ChatGPT myself from time to time to find stuff out quickly. I have also occasionally posted the results on here, but I always quote the source.

Everything he posts is AI slop.

You can do two things: either think you live at the center of the universe or become aware of what is happening in the e-bike sector.

“Poundland GPT” - I love the sense of humour from the moderator on here at times! 😂

You can obviously do more than ‘two things’. As usual, a complex picture is trying to be distilled down to black or white.

The bottom line is, the ‘e-bike’ sector can do what it likes, I as an actual customer can also do what I like. I’ve really no interest in whether the sector is ‘swivelling towards Asia’, I will buy whatever bike suits my needs and budget, whoever makes it. I will still preference non Chinese brands where I can, for all sorts of reasons, but that’s my choice and I won’t moan about anybody doing differently. Same as I’d expect nobody to really care what I buy.

The e-mountain bike sector didn’t exist in any volume 10 years ago, it will look different again in another 10, but so what, things change and things evolve.

Anyway, when do you get your Teewing distributor gig?! 😉

Here's a few more clips of my boy blasting on the teewing.

I’m a basic intermediate level EMTB guy and my take is the Chinese (Amflow) used mostly the dimensions from the Specialized Stump jumper/Levo. (Teewing) used the GT frame geometry design. Both engineered designs are proven and in the case of Amflow they nailed it. The Amflow platform has been abused by many reviewers, many of which received well worn samples and they still did well in the tests which includes abuse of the Avinox motor system. Teewing will likely prove to be an excellent EMTB as well. The names aside, these guys are disrupting the EMTB market which is good for the consumer in the long run.

At age 63 I have owned many MTB/EMTB and the Amflow is the first one where I rode it and did not want to change anything. (Carbon Pro Comp).

Lol, if the frame can stand up to that sort of riding then it wont have any problems under us mere mortals.

I can relate to that pucker moment at the beginning of the second video landing on the front wheel! Did the same thing on of the first jumps I hit, Definity heavier in the front end then my analog bike Lol.

Does anyone have the actual geo measurements (in person) of a medium or large turbo force? Just wondering how accurate the wheelbase, chainstay and reach measurements are? They joy of online shopping without seeing one in person!
