help.! 155mm cranks on Bosch gen 4

hi
have bought some ISIS 155mm cranks, to test it but the left one touches the motor case
any diy spacer/washer to make more space?
with the spacer presses the seal and its not recomended ?

Not as far as i know and if there was i wouldnt personally want any less mounting / drive surface area anyway,
Can you not just get the right cranks ?

Don't know if 155 is what I really want or need
Used to 170 on my acoustic rallon and 160 on my Rail
But tired of pedal strikes
Here my trails are rocks everywhere
 
I bought the 145mm Pinnd Bosch / ISIS E-Bike Cranks for my Gen4 - Pinnd and they fit without any issues. They seem to do specific motor variants. Maybe your ones aren't designed for the Bosch Gen4 ?

Instead of putting the washer over the driveshaft and against the seal, why don't you make a washer that sits on the end of the shaft and inside the crank arm👍
I fitted some cheap 155 cranks on my Gen 4 didn't notice anything different as far as riding the bike was concerned.
Obviously less peddle strikes 🎉
 
There are different offset pedals for different bosch motors - sounds like you have the wrong ones

I went with e-thirteen cranks as they were around £60 and I didn't want to spend the money on hope/pinnd if they weren't right for me

Never going back - 155mm feels great, you spin a bit faster, and climbs are a bit harder - but far less pedal strikes

You are in Portugal. Miranda, a Portuguese manufacturer, make 155mm cranks for your bike.

We have Miranda 155 cranks on our 2022 alloy Bosch Gen 4 Trek Rails, no issues.

May have missed this, but can not see what bike and motor the cranks are for.
