What torque are the bolts holding the motor tightened to in the case of the Cube Stereo Hybrid ONE44 HPC AT 800 actionteam bicycle (carbon frame)? Thanks for the answer.

This is new information for me. I'm measuring the torque of the engine mount and I'm learning about a possible more serious problem... So I'll try it step by step > can anyone please advise on the torque? And then, does anyone please know more about the recall action?
 
Always check your bike brand’s service manual, because a few brands (Trek, Cube, Haibike, etc.) use custom torque inserts or washers that slightly alter the spec (e.g., 22 Nm instead of 25 Nm).
