Just wondered how many V1 versions of the e-150s are still out there going strong?
Although mine is now 5 years old it is still on original motor and battery, but as i tend to do local rides every so often its only done 3000 miles !

It has Hope Fortus 30 wheels, Hope floating 200mm discs, Hope pedals, Ohlins shock, Shimano cassette and rear mech, Renthal Carbon 35mm bars, Charge 2 fork insert, 1up seat post, Volspeed fitted for 4 years … not in the photo are Hope Tech 4 v4 brakes and 155mm cranks.

Its been brilliant and rides nicer than any of the newer bikes from all makes i have ridden.
Amaxingly i’d say over 60% of my riding is in wet conditions and my main ride has several stream crossings on the loop. No cut-outs or strange fault reports so far. Ive changed a few linkage bearings and one set of head bearings in that time.

Many others of you still on one of these ancient rides !!

My E150 RS is still going and five years old on same battery and same motor. Only done 2000 miles with one carful, owner. Well that bits a lie. 😂 Not used much due to an injury and winter blues always get me. But my plan is coming together for more rides. 👍

Yep still got mine, mainly as a 2nd bike my mates use on holidays. Original battery and 2nd motor total of iirc 7000miles i think it was 4 on 1st motor and just over 3 on 2nd motor. Similar upgrades, hope wheels/discs, dvo rear shock, shimano 11sp. Fork to 160mm. Its still going strong. When i do use it occasionally, it always surprises me how good it is. I am thinking of putting AXS 12sp on it as im loving that on the e160. If only you had the ability to set the assistance (eco is pants) like the smart system, it would still be used weekly. Changed a couple of frame bearings and new main pivot and a set of headset bearings.

r2wtrials how do you find the coil? I have a elyte 150 and everyone tells me to avoid coil due to the frame not being progressive enough

Good to see these - just retired mine (motor gave up and frame issue) after 11,000 miles in 5 1/2 years

mine is still going, total 9000 ish miles on 3rd motor. Still on original shock now a bit tired. Forks rebuilt to 160mm, but ideally needs a new set as they have been well battered.
Now using as bike no 2 as have a Levo 4.
