Mustache all day long. The cube is shit compared to the mustache. And the cube is like dog shit, everywhere whereas the mustache is unique.
Not that I'm biased 🤔

And now for the honest answer.
Gen 5 and bigger battery all day long.
I still don't like the cube and judging by the issues mate's have had with there's compared to me. I personally wouldn't consider one.
Just see how many cube posts are on this forum compared to mustache 🤔.
But the latest motor and bigger battery is what swing's it.
Now if you can get the mustache with the Gen 5 then go for that 👍

The gen 4 engine is what keeps mee from buying the moustache.
But should the gen5 engine with 50Wh extra be the decisive factor?
 
The problem with buying the Gen 4 is it's out of date.
It rattles like a bag of nails and it's not exactly waterproof!
Although early days to see how the Gen 5 handles the great British weather, one would hope they have made some improvements.
 
The only difference between the older trail and game frames is the shock linkage.
The game gives you more travel on the back with the different linkage and therefore it uses a longer fork.
If you notice my picture, it's a trail frame, but I had a game 8 and the seat post cracked. The only frame available without waiting for mustache to spray up an exact colour frame was a frame in trail colours. Hence the factory 38s on it.
They have altered the shock mount on the newer frame but I suspect that it's only the linkage that's different.
Absolutely nothing wrong with the longer travel bike apart from when things go tits up you only have yourself to blame and not the bike 🤣

Get the cube,it has the gen 5, bigger battery,and doesnt look like an antique,unlike the moustache!
