hi guys,i tried to install a ridedash evo, it would not work. after that the power control unit (on-off switch led indicator) would not work.I got a new one, when i turn on the bike it will light up all leds, after it switches off and turn it on again it will go to the assist mode like its supposed to but the ergo3 handlebar control will not work. on the app the system check is all good. i have 4 months left on the warranty but i am worried that because i replaced a part will i have voided my warranty.

yes it is an added unit ,but it is a genuin product ,the bike has not got a display screen it has the ergo3 control on the handlebars. so i thought it would be simple plug and play, but it turned out that it was not the case. it was the unit on the top tube that went.

That's what I thought so it should not effect warranty I do wonder if it need to go threw Giant's shop on the computer to Syncro everything. On the older 2020 Stance E2 you would push the buttons on the handle bar control a chording to there order at the shop and it would link and you could set and test some things.

It is a Giant Accessory on a Giant Bike. Just take it to a Giant bike shop and tell them to make it work. As another poster said, there is probably some sync thing they need to do.
