I have indeed, you can improve this buy using some P section draft excluder to help seal the gap. See pic
A few have done this ( me included) and it works well.
Just a quick tip/hack for a little extra protection around the key entry point on the frame. I've used a 16mm electrical blanking grommet and cut a slit for key access. It should minimise water ingress out on the trail in this area.
Thanks @Stihldog, for me I’m 90% in eco so don’t really constantly swap modes. In addition I don’t really use walk mode. I’m fully aware it won’t suit everyone but suits me and that’s all that matters!
