I've noticed in the "other settings" I can change the "overall torque limiters" to 100nm (where my understanding is the motor max is 85?) And... the overall power limiters can be set to beyond 500w The question I have is.... what good or bad happens if I bump beyond 85nm, and the same for beyond...

I’ve heard there are tamper concerns of bricking a motor, any insights on this? Is there a place with good instructions/video on how to properly servicing without bricking things?

I just got a message back from www.eBikeMotorRepair.com They told me they don't do anything with Shimano motors because they have a lot of anti-tamper features that can end up causing problems. . I may end up opening the motor to service it, but now I'm not so sure. Am I gonna brick the motor?

guessing it's not worth shipping small amounts to the United States?
