I have about 100-150km on my 145mm PINND. The cranks are great quality and I haven't had a single hit since installing them. My bike is a lower torque (50NM) e-bike so I do have to pedal at a higher cadence to maintain speed.
Overall, I like them
I live on the West Coast of Canada, where we have mostly technical climbs on singletrack with roots, rocks ...etc... I found that l was always leaving the suspension open for better traction...
Got the Pinnd 145mm on my Lumen 910 (which came with 175mm on a size small!). Love the new cranks, got 3 longish rides in already and not a single pedal strike!
Seems like there are less crankarm choice for the TQ motor. My Scott Lumen 910 (size small) came with 175mm crankarms! I'm only 5'3" so these definitely don't work for me. Considering swapping for 155mm or even 145mm but I'm having a hard time finding crankarms that would work with the TQ (only...
thanks! I like the full travel setting, I like the extra traction it provides when climbing.
Is the damper easily accessible on the Lumen?
I will be upgrading my dropper post as well so I can easily get a new lever.
Has anyone done it? How easy is it to do?
I've had multiple Scott bikes (x2 Sparks, a Big Ed and a Ransom) and I always kept the twinlock, but I find it unnecessary on the Lumen plus it makes the cockpit super crowed. I would like to remove it but unsure on how to proceed
Had the exact same problem happened to me last week, thankfully, I was just cruising down a green trail when it happened so I didn't crash. I was pretty far from home then, but I managed to somewhat put the crank arm back on to ride back. I brought the bike back to Commencal Canada the very next...
