Lighthouse Challenge - 160km of Road Riding - low rolling resistance tyre options for an EMTB?

Specialized Pathfinder. I ride my Levo with a set of wheels with these, feels very road bike like. Another set with Maxxis tires for off road. I do a lot of riding on the Pathfinders because I do a lot of road riding on my Levo. I come from a road and MTB background. Worked in shops in the...

Levo Gen 2 Levo vs Vado for commuting

I have a Turbo Levo that I have totally upgraded. The only thing stock are the crank arms. That said, I find I ride mostly pavement. I have done up to 35 miles so far, will likely do longer rides in the future. Actually sold my Tarmac road bike. I do have two sets of wheels. For the road...

    Asphalt commuting tyres - recommendations

Mine goes up to 20mph. At that point it cuts out. But at that speed, I don't feel a huge amount of resistance. With MTB tires, I felt the rolling resistance right away. With these, I don't. So for pavement and light dirt, these are the way to go.

    Asphalt commuting tyres - recommendations

Specialized Pathfinder Pro. I am running the 42. I ride a lot on pavement. In fact, I am installing gravel bars and GRX shifter/levers. I have a second set of wheels that will have MTB tires. But I have ridden fire roads and some trails with these Pathfinders and have had pretty good...

Levo Gen 2 pairing with my phone

Fortunately I have plenty of tools. I am a hobby woodworker and make furniture. I was a bike mechanic in my college days so I know my way around a wrench.

Levo Gen 2 pairing with my phone

I am a RTFM person. My wife is not. I read the manual on everything I buy. But as I posted, I did not get one. I usually then research it online. But on several Forums I am on for different hobbies, I will occasionally put up a post first, then go research and check back to see what the...

Levo Gen 2 pairing with my phone

I tried today. Just trying to pair mine with Mission Control app. No Manual to read, as my LBS did not give me one. Have since learned that the sticker with the number is in said manual. Now the number is supposed to be on a sticker under the control panel if you unscrew it.

Levo Gen 2 Largest chainring possible

I have a 36t on now. I actually am converting it to a souped up gravel bike. I am spinning out on the road. I am not going to be grinding over logs or rocks. My off road rides are lighter trail riding. It looks like I could squeeze a 38t on it. Wondering if anyone has done so.

What is the largest chainring you can run on a 2020 Levo? Thanks

Levo Gen 2 Can I adjust bike size from M to L with longer dropper and 40mm riser h/bars?

I worked in shops and was a store manager in the late 80's. Back then, we had a long stem and bars with no rise. The difference between saddle height and bar was significant back then. Much more road bike like. More weight on the front compared to now. So it is all relative. We rode very...

    Turbo Levo 2020 fork problem

Exactly. I bought the base model. Fox 36 factory fork. DVO rear air shock. XT drivetrain. One up bar and stem. One up dropper post. Specialized Phenom saddle. Wolf Creek alloy chainring. DT handbuilt wheels. Maxxis Tires. XT brakes and rotors. Am currently selling all of the parts I...

I am upgrading to 203mm XT Ice rotors. Upgraded to XT calipers. What adapter do I need? On Amazon, it is confusing. Anyone done this? Thanks in advance.

Levo Gen 2 Seat post cable housing question

Does the housing on the Levo go all the way through? In other words, is it one piece? I bought a One Up seat post and Wolf Tooth lever and the barrel end and cut ends are reverse from what is stock. So I need to pull the cable all the way out and reverse it. Since it is new, I want to reuse...
