I've been thinking it about for a while and I have finally decided to give the Levo a new look. The paintwork was well used after 5 years and thousands of miles of mud / riding. What do you think?

Hopefully it was just the harness - I know they have had lots of issues with the harness and last time I had a motor they automatically changed the harness.

It could be a faulty battery - I would have got them to try a different one before replacing the motor.

Suggest you do a search to check for info on this - sounds as though the battery is dead though. There was a recall on Levo batteries, see if yours is part of that.

If its 4 years old expect to fork out £540 for a motor due to water ingress and £540 on a battery due to water ingress at some point in the near future. Hi. Has anyone fitted a Rockstop Frameguard E to there Levo? Just wondering how it looks and was it any good? They seem to be pretty good on the website. They have pics showing it fitted to newer Levos, but not the Gen 1 models. Details here Cheers in advance

Contact your local specialized store - I believe its called rider assist programme or something similar. I personally have not used it but I have heard others mention it. Alternatively contact Specialized via the contact section on there website.

You might be better off getting yours repaired - try e-motor repairs
