I am about 75KGs and run 14psi Front and 18psi Rear unless I know it will be rocky, then I add a few psi to both ends!
I think Cushcore is great, as low pressure transforms the way the bike rolls over small square edge rocks which I have lots of on my trails.
I went with Cushcores and think they are great. Not hard to fit (if you follow their instructions), don’t notice the weight on an eMTB, enable low pressures, and peace of mind. No brainer for me.
In that case, I’d definitely go large.
I am just under 5ft 8”, like a compact bike (my Demo 8 is a small) and have a medium Levo, but I think I am on the cusp, and at 5 10 would think a M is too short.
I have only a few rides on my 2019 S-Works Levo, but so far:
1) Don't notice the noisy rear hub at all! I'll be more conscious of it now you've said that!

Having waited more than 3 months (I have never waited anything like that long for a new bike before - it is crazy how hard these are to get in Switzerland), my new steed has finally arrived. Picked it up today.

Just picked up my Levo S-Works size M, added my own composite flat pedals, and total weight is 20.85 KGs (or 46lbs for you old fashioned types). Strangely I think that is lighter than Spesh list it at, as in my memory they said 20.7KGs without pedals.

Yup, the tape should be the full width of the rim. Some people like using tape that is 1mm or so wider than the rim internal width, so that it goes slightly up the rim wall, reducing the chance of catching it with a tyre lever (if you ever plan on using levers).

Seeing that all the SWorks sold out so fast, and dealers could immediately sell whatever they could get, the economics indicates that despite what many on here think, they therefore are not overpriced!
