Thanks for this. Do you know what the effect of running a 52mm offset would be?

2020 Decoy Elite - Chain line offset

Hi, Does anyone know which offset spider I need for an E8000 on the 2020 Decoy Elite? Would I need the same offset if I swapped to an EP8 motor? Thanks Steve

    Magura Mt7 bleed kit

With the funnel attached and full of fluid, remove the calliper from the frame, remove the bleed port screw and let the fluid run through, moving the calliper around so that air that is trapped can be released. I find that half a funnel is more than enough to get air out of the rear brake. I...

    Magura Mt7 bleed kit

I use the park tool bleed kit, but I only use the funnel and I do a gravity bleed rather than pushing fluid through with the syringes. I find this the easiest method and I always get a perfect bleed. Beware when bleeding MTs if using syringes, don't push the fluid through from the calliper as...

If the smallest cog is 11t, it tends to run on Shimano HG freehub...

    Happy family

I would recommend bleeding them. This will provide more feel and better performance. Also, look to swap the discs as they don't dissipate the heat too well.

Lower bars = Lower back pain😡

The lower position will mean you'll be straining to support yourself. If you're going to keep this set up, I would suggest core strengthening exercises. This will take the load of your lower back and ease the pain.

Which Ergon saddle do you use?

I use an Ergon e mountain sport saddle. Pros: really comfy for me which outweighs any cons. Cons: not as low profile as the previous saddle meaning my dropper is now a couple of mm too long for me the hole in it is not ideal for a MTB saddle because as soon as I ride through anything wet my...
