Depends where you're riding but a short travel, 120mm, full-sus is far better than a gravel bike for me. Gravel bikes are fine for riding on our potholed roads but not much fun elsewhere. I've got a lovely Pace RC429 hardtail for sale if that fits the bill for you? They run well with drop bars...

I've got a T-Type groupset off another bike that I'm fitting to my Rail+ 9.7 and was thinking about installing the EP battery cable. Is the install a straightforward job? Do I need to remove the motor to attach the cable? I've tried looking online but not managed to find any installation...

Can anyone point me in the direction of the correct locking tool for the Bosch CX Gen 5 motor? I've had a Google and there seems to be a couple so I don't want to be ordering the wrong one!

Just been setting up my Rail with the Flow app and noticed there's the option to sign up of the Flow Plus version for £3.99 per month. Is anyone using Flow Plus and is it worth it or am I better off sticking with my Garmin?

Just cost saving, I guess. When I was looking at the higher spec 9.8 which was about £8.5k it still uses the basic display. I thought the top model would have it but seemingly not!

Never mind buying for the bike, I’ve been trying to actually buy a bike this week and it seems like no one stocks e-bikes! I’ve found one bike, a Trek Rail+, at a local shop but they’re £500 dearer than anywhere else. Even the local Trek Store doesn’t seem to carry any stock of e-bikes!

What’s decent in the way of wheels for a mid-powered e-bike? I’ve ran Hunt wheels on MTB, gravel and road for years with absolutely no issues so might stick with them. Would the Hunt Trail Wide be up to the job for a 76kg rider who’s doing Chilterns type trails, no real Lakes/Wales mountains...
