Cured mine by removing the motor and cleaning all the plugs. Found one of the red small plugs was missing the seal inside it. They use a crappy plug.

Yes it has. I pulled the motor out to get at all the plugs and found one of the small red plugs did not have the seal in the bottom. Does anyone know if Dielectric grease can be used in Giant plugs to stop water ingress???

When i plug in the charger it shuts off, when I unplug the the charger it starts by itself. if I shut it off it restarts by its self, if I unplug the charger with the off button pushed it stays off, but when i start it it works properly until i shut it off then it restarts its self. anyone else...

My riding buddy bought a Reign E+ 2 pro with an 11 speed Sram and I bought the Reign E+ 1 Pro with the Shimano 12 speed XT. I wish I had purchased a 1 with the Sram. the Shimano is weak and always seems to be needing repairs and the Sram is bullet proof

I have a new Giant Reign and it is doing the same thing. It seems to only do it when in the smallest chain ring and pedalling hard. My dealer is trying to convince me that it is normal. He says it is skipping in the hub

Yes once you use the app it appears to be designed and programmed by a six year old kid
