Same Problem that i had with any Android device i tried it with. The iOS App has no problems connecting to the bike so there must be some kind of bug in the Android app.
You could try BLevo, but my dealer told me that you could loose your warranty for using blevo even if you don´t change the...
I don't have a solution, I'm using an old phone to connect to the bike for now.
You could try to connect with another phone to check if it's your phone or the battery itself.
I can't connect to my bike with the mission control app.
My girls S10 has no problem connecting to the bike. This really sucks as I can't change any settings while on a ride...

Im really sorry to hear that you got so much trouble with your kenevo.
I did 100 km with mine now and it's been an absolute blast! Thin thing flies and I can do so much more downhill runs than with my normal bike.

I thought this would be the case with me, but the fear was gone after the first ride with the new motor. Where I'm from it will never be a life or death situation and I would still be able to biopedal home. Would take much longer though...
Thank you guys for the kind words, my dealer went above and beyond and i got my bike back yesterday evening. The motor had a failure from factory, he switched the motor with another new kenevo so i don´t have to wait for the replacement motor since it will take about 4 weeks to arrive.
