Regarding HR monitors on Kiox. I wouldn’t loose any sleep over it as all it will do is show your current hr on the kiox display (if your successful in setup) . The hr isn’t recorded as part of any ride stats for review later .

That is very disappointing as it would seem Bosch have only done half the job. Without the HR being saved as part of the ride stats, only having it on the display little more than a gimmick, I already have that with my Garmin 530 synched to my watch & that does add the hr to the ride recording.

Just tried out “pairing“ my fenix 7 with my mondi kiox300 & it works in sofar as I now have HR displaying on the Kiox display. I set up a custom one to show the HR. The pairing process wasn’t how I expected as I had tried to add an e-bike to the fenix but the flow app couldn’t detect the watch...

I would be wary of a whinstanley purchase and would want evidence that it has warranty support, as I once bought a rockshok pike fork from them that wasn’t able to have any SRAM support for as it wasn’t from authorised for sale stock (had serial number scratched off) even though it was claimed...

Before you delete the flow app make sure you haven’t enabled the lock bike function. Or if you have disable the bike lock setting before you do and check it isnt locked without the app running or you may be cursing a bit more.

I have to make sure the flow app is open on the ride tab to record a ride. The app can in theory track the ride always if location settings are set to always which I dont have enabled. i also need to stop the ride in flow app afterwards to save. It takes a few moments to appear in statistics...
