Hope do a ebike 34t chainring, ive had it on mine for 2 years, no problems so far.

So I upgraded my crank and chainring to hope e cranks with shorter cranks, the original chain guard would rub so I’ve removed it. Has anyone changed the chainguard on a rail 9 ? Tia

Hey Steve thank you for letting me know the difference between bars so the trek rail 9 doesn’t actually come with ebars as cable is on outside and to be honest that doesn’t bother me.

Original parts that came with the bike shimano slx cassette with the shimano 12 speed chain with the xtr shifter, shifter was my upgrade

I had a bosch chainring but upgraded to hope ecranks with chainring. Cranks due to being shorter it is way better for ground clearance and to be honest i was expecting more of a difference on but its literally the same.
