So annoying I wondered why they where not answering my email I had a voima on order I had only paid a deposit. I will ring credit card company and get a refund. I suppose it's better than getting the bike and no warranty

Not good hopefully they are processing your refund. What bike you going to get when you get your refund. I was torn between the canyon strive , torque or the voima.

Did they give you a delivery date?

I ordered mid Jan, website said April shipping when I paid deposit. I did not pay full amount as it says they will ask for payment 4 weeks before ship date. To be fair any question I have asked they have being fast to respond and accommodated changing the color etc. So hopefully all will be OK.

Not confidence inspiring. I hope mine is delivered before May as the season is well under way .

Well got the bike back yesterday. All good new frame of course so . 10 week turn around. YT where ok to deal with and quick enough to respond when I asked for update. Happy enough with outcome. Wrapped the bike last night my god I am terrible at it.

Hello I don't have any experience with the sm-pce02 but I had a Similar issue with the etube app. I used stunlocker to change power settings but when I tried to change them in etube it said could not connect or something. I had to set motor to default in stunlocker then etube would work.

I suppose no matter what way you look at two parts of the frame should not be touching full stop your pictures show the carbon has being damaged by the rubbing you have photos which show the lack of clearance so it's not dirt that has caused it. Strange the way their is difference between USA...
