In Mahle web page it seems that there are 4 bikes mounting this motor. If you go to the bike description page of the vendors 2 of them seem to be mounting Shimano. Could it be that this motor is compatible for bikes having Shimano ? That would be good news for Shimano out of warranty owners.

It is curious that some of the bikes that seems to be mounting it according to Mahle have a Shimano motor currently. Will it be compatible with Shimano ?
