    Arm pump/hand fatigue help?

One thing that can help are end flanges on the grips, like the ones Joe Breeden the DH rider uses. One option is to try the “locked in” ends that Wolf Tooth has just launched. I first started using similar about five years ago and found that I had less hand fatigue. Probably because with the end...

Weird Reversed Stem Geo / Chat

I went from 35 to 50 and now 65 rise bars. Because of the higher rise bars I’m now able to roll them back so that the centre of the grips lines up with the steerer axis, even though I’m using a 40mm stem atm. Doesn’t look odd I would say. Only one quick ride but I’m liking. Cornering takes...

    Arm pump/hand fatigue help?

Vibrocore definitely helps but found FF and One Up Carbon even better for damping vibrations. Also builders foam injected into any bar helps as well and is a low cost option. Even better results can be had from kiln dried sand. It will add weight of 300/400g depending on rise.

Avinox launch 1500w M2S motor and cheaper M2 motor

Very thorough review, this sets the standard for reviews that others should follow. As regards play with standard headset cups, I am advising my friend who has a PX in XL on the way, to go -0.5, same as Rob Rides has his set I believe? Rob, have you detected any play with the slacker headset...

    Arm pump/hand fatigue help?

Most comfortable bars ex stock are Faast Flex (they come with a set of different elastomers) and the One Up Carbon bar. Problem with FF is it only comes in 30mm rise. One Up now has a 50mm option. Higher rise bars are more comfortable. To increase comfort even further insert kiln dried sand...

Have Avinox given us a good thing (or not)?

I ride a ebike with 35Nm and enjoy it. Is there something wrong with me?

My understanding is that fast charging can accelerate deterioration in battery life. Does anyone have more knowledge of this possible issue?

Weird Reversed Stem Geo / Chat

I read a review on Radivist where he seems to prefer the 90 run positioned the other way round, so + 15 instead of -15. I’m trying to work out if I would have enough room? 6/3 on 515 reach currently running +42.5 and 50 rise. Any advice welcome.

Your thoughts on fasst flexx bars for old fast guy please

Fasst Flex are definitely one of the most comfortable bars. They only make one rise option which might be a possible limiting factor. The correct sweep for you is dependent on your particular wrist to arm angle. Hold a 8 deg bar in your hand: if the straight part of the bar is parallel with...
