The problem of the customer could be related to the contact of the battery, not to the Levociraptor Gen4 and the Microtune mode. I suggest to clean sometime the contact of the battery to avoid any shutdown of the bike during riding.

I did the test with Microtune and Levociraptor and I didn't find the issue notified by the customer. I'm in contact with him to understand better what happened

You can customized the ECO/TRAIL/TURBO via Specialized App. Microtune can be adjusted during riding with the remote control. I don't think this is the answer of your question...

I will test the Microtune today, evenif during the test done in the past, no issue was found. Honestly I don't see any correlation between Levociraptor and Microtune. I will update you.

Yes, the 28mph limit is removed. For the pop up I don't know sorry. But you can change the class to lower class without pop up and use only Levociraptor to remove the speed limit
