Sounds more like a skills issue! You shouldn't be relying on any part of a bike other than your tyres to get you over anything . You wouldn't do it on a clockwork bike where the chainring is even more exposed!
Hi folks, does anyone in the hive mind have any idea of the maximum seat post insertion depth on the alloy medium frame before I have to start dismantling things?
Funnily enough not all Android users are low life scum, we use it because its far better than the restricted Apple crap that people are convinced is the best.
You could try timing a climb with the bike off, have a quick cup of tea then do it again with the motor switched on. If its faster the second time then either the bike is working OK or there is something in your tea!! Happy new year
Thats because its a bike designed for mountain bikers, relying on your skills and judgement, to anticipate the trail ahead and not rely on a motor to get you through it.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, I have 3 Amish mtbs and one lightweight emtb, but the thought of riding around on something that weighs the same as a motorbike but without the power, I'll pass on that one.
