Had the same issue with sore wrists, changed to SQ labs carbon bar and their 711 grips. This was a lot better than the stock Specialized ones but it hasn't eliminated it completely. I found the 'light hands' technique works but on steeper/technical terrain I think it's the weight of the bike...

Same errors after Mission Control app update also. This has to be a bug with the app as everything was ok before update. Will see what the dealer can find out.

Changed to a SQlab carbon bar with 45mm rise with 12deg backsweep and SQlabs grips. This helped a lot with hand fatigue and correct hand placement.

SQLabs 60X is brilliant as found the Phenom uncomfortable. These are available from Eightyonespices in Aussie for us Kiwis.
