New bike next week is 140/130 travel not 120

I just got my 4th Levo Sworks Gen3 and on this last I got this same error. I started by changing TCU and battery between bikes with error persisting, so next step was connecting a spare replacement Levo Gen2 battery cable I have and when doing that the bike started perfectly without displaying...

Bike comes with 160 from factory, and yes I have ridden my dads gen3 with 160 and for my riding the 170 suits better

I’m running 170 from day one and have tried every possible setup, with 170 and slack front it’s almost impossible to ride the rear in Low because it’s too low as a cause of also having 170 at the front which lowers the rear as well. Best setup is slack on front and high on rear

Most issues with 38's are because of 3 reason: -Too much grease on shaft causing bad functioning of both chambers -Poor setup of HSC/LSC -38's doesnt works that good on the low side of PSI's

I have the Fox 38 with a 170mm shaft, bike feels amazing! My setup is 170mm Fork, -1 Headset cup and high position on chainstays, i have tried all configurations several times and at least for the bike with 170mm shaft this is the best setup.
