Thanks Sammo, liking the blue hubs!
Urastus - The standard wheelset on the more expensive models are fine, but on the 8k they are quite "affordable". There's not very strong engagement on the rear hub and I'd imagine the rims would be fine for general trails, but probably wouldn't last long...
Hey All,
I have a 2020 Eone Sixty 8000. Might think about upgrading the wheels at some point, but haven't seen many mullet wheelsets being offered anywhere?
Does anyone have any recommendation for a nice strong wheelset that's better than standard and has a rear hub with decent engagment and...
I used to get neck pain from most bikes that come standard with 20mm bars or lower and longer stems. So I usually put around 35-40mm rise bars on, a super short stem (35-40mm) and as many spacers under the stem that will safely fit the steerer, all of which lifts the front so you sit more...
Morning All,
I live in a village in the south Northants area, so within an hour's drive I have access to Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire/Cotswolds, Milton Keynes etc.
I've been riding non e-bikes for years so I know most of the official trails/bike parks in the area, mostly in woods like Woburn...
Haha Liking the comments! Anyway thanks for clearing this up guys, I did assume it was nonsense when the shop said it! Just wanted to double check. I needed some new bars either way, so I ordered some Racface ones. 35mm dia (as my stem is that already), 35mm rise. Should do the job I need of...
Indeed! Thanks
Just need to find some good routes near me next. I know all the official trails and bike parks around in the woods, but now I have an e bike I feel like I should be just finding more adventurous rides that just go over hilltops and scenic paths through the middle of nowhere etc...
Hi everyone,
I bought my first ebike this weekend. It came with 20mm rise bars and a 45mm stem. I'd like to put a 35-40mm riser bar on and a 35mm stem, as I prefer a higher front and shorter reach. However, the bike shop told me I should not just put any old bars on and that I need to get...
Hi all,
Just a quick hello from me. I bought my first ebike at the weekend. It's a Merida eone sixty. I look forward to being part of the forum. I'm sure I'll have lots of questions!
Thanks,
Jonathan
