Anyone in the UK have any experience with the Vivid shock, tuned for the SL? My LBS says none available in the UK and 5 months wait before Rockshox will have any in country? Don't know whether to try to import one myself or go for a standard tuned vivid All thoughts welcome. Cheers, John

Quick review/update on my electrical problems, in case this helps anyone else in the future. 1 - The TCM wouldn't turn on 2 - Connecting power to the USB port and the TCM reported "No Battery Check App & Connector" 3 - Connecting a range extender and everything worked but was only reporting 50%...

TVM Not sure it is still under warranty but it's due for a service so I figure I'll get my LBS (A specialized dealer) to sort it when I take it in for its service 👍

TVM Mine definitely has the rechargable battery. Here's from the manual: If the system does not power on after a long period on non-use, remove the MasterMind TCU from the top tube and charge the MasterMind TCU via a USB-C cable. I tried charging for 3 hours but bike still won't turn on 😭

TVM, I tried that and also charging the TCU through the USB port. Interestingly, if I connect the USB I can turn off and on but when on I get the message: "No Battery Check App & Connector". I wonder if the battery needs replacing and if this is even possible?

Thanks Dax, The only video from Rob, I could find is the first one on page 1, unfortunately this doesn't show how to remove the battery. Am I missing something ?

My KSL 1.1 has stopped turning on or charging. I've tried plugging in the charger and turning on a few times, also cleaned the charger connectors with contact cleaner. Think the internal connectors might need a clean. Anyone have any instructions or youtube videos showing how to remove the...

Thanks all, I've just downloaded a number of old apks and, unfortunately, it appears that Janisj is correct, the've remotely disabled the ability to change the screen settings. 😭 I guess we'll just have to wait until they add it back into the Spesh app. J

It's sad, I know but I loved the last jump distance stat that was available from the old app. Had it since I got the bike. Recently used the new spesh app to update the screens and it's deleted the last jump option. Anyone know how to get it back - Was thinking I could reinstall Mission Control...

Bit of a long shot but I was wondering if anyone has worked out how to open up a Spesh remote control. After several crashes I've got one with damaged rubber buttons that works and one with damaged internals that doesn't work. I'd like to fit the undamaged rubber parts into the working unit. TVM

I found mine was fine without but I did put one in and it made a small difference in that I could run with slightly lower pressure and still not bottom out. But I foud the difference was marginal
