As per some comments above, essential to try.
Fox an Endura - waist vs length mismatch being either too short (Fox) or too long by a lot (Endura)
best I have found for me were Madison, although finding someone that stocks Madison product remains a challenge.
Problems can happen with any bikes. Like @dobbyhasfriends i ride many miles away from home or where I park. Breaking down on an ebike has never been of more concern than any of my other bikes. Done 9,000miles in 3 years on ebike with no more problem than any other bikes.
The endura soft shell is great. I have the Endura Stealth II (discontinued I think, so not sure what it has been replaced with) and been using it for 4-5 seasons. Fully waterproof and suitable for winter mtb. lots of opening under the arms. Normal goretex waterproofs are fine with the right...
@melmark I had the same dilemma where the 504Wh was a limit for my rides. Opted for a ‘19 Levo with 700Wh and so glad I did. Not ran out of battery yet....
No problem on a 500Wh. Usually do W2 an another trail (Blade or Penhydd) and still have battery left at the end. Just enjoy. Should be there as well tomorrow
The Levo MY19 is a bit more tricky than the 2017/2018 as clearance is not as good. On my MY17, I have a Mudhugger Shorty but the clearance of the Shorty is not great with the MY29 Levo. Instead, I have installed the MH FR that was kindly provided by Jamie @ MH. Have been riding with this for a...
All are excellent trails. You have missed a Blue Scar and Penhydd both sharing the same climb.
The trails you do and which order will depend on where you park (Afan forest or Glyncorrwg) but are all linked. I tend to always park in Afan as offers more options in the way I combine the trails...
As @Simon_t mentioned it, this is not normal and as noisy as his was last weekend where mine was not audible even in turbo mode. The Levo 2019 motor IS quiet and if not Specialized will replace it
