WHen you lift the rear wheel to let it spin freely are you also pressing the walk assist button? Or just spin the wheel alone?

Hey folks - autumn is fast approaching and it won't be long (up here in Norway) before it is dark by 15:00. This means a lot of riding in the dark. Which is better for trail riding - a light on the bars or a light on the helmet? What is your experience?

I am assuming that I will get an updagraded/fixed motor, but I get a little worried when I read comments from others on this website that they have had three, even four, motors replaced. Yikes!

I'll take a pic and get back to you. May take a little time however, as the bike is now in the shop bcs the Brose motor failed yesterday and I'm waiting for a new motor - could take up to a week or more they said, bcs of supply issues. Sigh. This is a Comp model, so it uses Sram Guide...

The walk assist button on the handle bars is exactly above the dropper post lever. I can't get my thumb into the narrow space between the two. So I can't use the walk assist function. This is horrible design. What the heck are they thinking? Is there a work-around for this issue?

Nice. The problem over here is that they have no motors in stock. Just crossing fingers that they can ship some up from Amsterdam.

I followed the instructions on how to find the date for the motor and it says - Oct. 2019. I purchased the bike in early June, 2020.

Hey - any tips on getting the seat to pop up better? I press all the way in and still it often does not pop up. This can be quite gnarly when I'm quickly heading towards a drop. I often have to stop the bike in order to avoid a bonzai situation!
