I whipped this up yesterday. I love riding this bike... its just plain old fun.

This is the adapter for the ecotric seagull 1000w, I say that because other people have the same issue, I noticed.

Fixed the rear brakes, they had wrong adapter on the rear rotor. And seemingly had the stock adapter turned around. Bought a 160mm rear IS Shimano rear adapter. Problem solved. Just in case anyone gets the same issue, thats the fix

These are Shimano adapters and my adapter on the rear of the bike is for a 180mm Rotor. They are the same shape and most likely size. I think that this is the issue, wrong adapter.

Here is the new bike, But My rear rotors are squealing like a pig, and as you can see they are only being halfway utilized. Do you think the rotors are 1 size to small? Front Brakes fully contact, they are fine and strong.

This is how it came from manufacturer, it looks fine and rides good but the rotors are not fully contacting only half. The front rotors are fully in contact. And the rear brakes are the squeaky ones

The orange circles are for caliper adjustments, and the Green is for adapter adjustment? I used the orange to adjust the calipers and brake pads, I have not touched the adapters yet.
