Ahh ok, yeah they're a super nice tool but can be a little susceptible to a few things. If it's not releasing after you turn the cap, then the advice from @steve_sordy is excellent and a solid solution. If the cover doesn't turn or is super stiff, this can the installation and as @Zimmerframe...
Hey @Baron - Which Swat tool is it you have? The one which hides in the steerer, the one underneath the bottle cage or the ones which are above the rear shock like on the older Stumpys?
This right here! I'm sure we'd all agree how good ebikes are, and when you hear things like this, it's reaffirms everything!
Glad to hear your enjoying the Haibike!
I totally agree! From my last store which was a little too slow for repairing in my eyes! The guys down at Berkshire have always been the gold standard in my eyes, which is what we are aiming to be!
Glad to hear you've loved the E150! The E180 looks awesome, definitely a bike I'll be looking...
Hey everyone,
I don't want to make this a common occurrence but as a brand new retail store, I'd just like to introduce myself on this page -

Cheers,
David
Something worth knowing is that this warranty is not global, it gets a little muddy as the warranty would go through Specialized UK here for example, not Roval (I know same company in essence however, not the same here!) - But the guys at Spesh UK are awesome and always a great help! But the...
Thats super random! Not a screw which I can think would be. If you remove the motor, you'll only need to remove 4 mounts so that the motor can just rotate down on the rear bolts so not having to come out the entire amount. When torqueing the motor back up, all the numbers can be found here -...
Hey everyone,
Hope like me you've been pretty impressed by the changes to the Rise for this year. Some smart changes on a pretty solid platform.
Something I'm keen on is sorting some demo rides in Cannock when available. Is this something people would be happy to attend? Few hours riding...
I didn't take it that way, don't worry! And it's absolutely fair to call out those which are just trying to advertise and not be there to talk to everyone (y)
