To clarify, you mean it was not fully covered under warranty because you crashed or was this due to frame stand clamping as mentioned above? This is a bit concerning, certainly would love to know why this failed and also why it's not covered under warranty.

Great choice, same exact bike and color I suggested for a friend, another first time emtb'er who is loving it currently!! His also came with a black Fox shock I noticed oddly when we scooped it up.. Enjoy that thing! (y)

Both great bikes here.. Ride them both back to back to decide which one speaks to you to justify any price difference! ..if you prefer the feel of riding one vs the other you will be more comfortable, have more fun, and get more riding pleasure out of it over time!! That's where the true value...
