Anyone heard any news about Mini Remote/ System Controller on the Voima?
I just don't like the LED Remote.
The new Orbea Wild starting to look tempting and I can get 25% discount on a preorder deal, but I have to decide within a week.
They will.
I think each bike company will receive 500 motors, so it is a limited run.
If you are interested in a build with the Racing motor you can contact Pole and ask to be included on the list of people interested. I think Bosch will deliver in the spring.
The Shimano is ok, but I prefer the Bosch
Better performance and my impression is also better reliability/quality.
I think the bottom line is when I'm spending big $$$ on a bike I want (what I personally think is) the best components.
I have almost pulled the trigger on the Nukeproof and also on Santa Cruz, but haven't because of the Shimano motor.
Once the bike companies realize they loose sales over this, we might see some movement in the right direction. At least that is what I hope for....
So I "wote" with my money, and...
I think these motors have the same bolt pattern as EP8. Hopefully we will have a standard for motor dimensions so we can decide for ourselves what motor we want to use in our bikes.
Not a problem to run the CNC, but they probably need to do some FEM/FEA analyzing to make sure the strength isn't compromised . Availability is probably an issue as well.
Come on Leo! Take my money!!!😁
The update to System Controller is probably the only thing holding me back from ordering a Voima . Would love to have that system over the LED Controller
I was looking at the E Deemax and thought it would be a really good alternative. With ASTM CATEGORY 5 and weight rating at 180KG (!!!) it really got my attention.
Then I found a couple of reviews of the Mondraker Level R where they have the NON-S version and it didn't really hold up that well...
Thank you all for the input.
Some quick googling show a pretty large span in cost for a wheelset.
(Price listed is just the first I found. It's probably better deals out there)
WTB HTZ I30 = $770
SPANK 359 VIBROCORE = $830
DT Swiss FR 541 -DT Swiss 350- Sapim Force $930
Light Bicycle Recon Pro...
Thank you.
Yes, that would probably be the brake compound.
It's good to know about the 3mm upgrade.
Have you looked into fitting a 220mm rotor in front?
Finally!😁 Thanks Rob👍
It seems your dropper post is pretty high even when pushed all the way down?
What size dropper post do you use?
What is the shortest dropper post you could use but stil get good seat hight?
